Jamison's baptism

Jamison was baptized on February 4th. It was a special evening and we had fabulous friends and family there to support him. Jamison was so excited for this big day too.

Heaven at Torrey Pines Golf Course and Gliderport

In January we took the fam out to the gliderport next to the golf course where they were having a tournament that we had tickets too. The gliderport is one of our favorite places and my assumption is that there were no paragliders beacause of the santa anas that day so we had the whole place to ourselves. We had our picnic and then slipped in the back gates by the press entrance. The kids weren't very thrilled about the golf tournament but we were....I had no clue who these famous golfers were but it was they sure looked important:)

We feel so blessed that we get to live near Grandparents so they can come see the kids play sports. This game by the way, was at 8am on a Saturday. Dix and Lynn get triple points for this one.

No need for a bed

I can count on one hand how many times this little girl woke up in her own bed this past month. Crazy girl.

Grandma Irene and Grandpa Kenny

While my grandparents were in town I had the opportunity to interview them on video and capture some fun stories and classic moments. Now that my Grandmother on my Mom's side has passed I feel an anxiousness to gather as much info as possible from my older family members who are still around. I'm not liking this reality but it has enabled me to reflect on how blessed I have been to have grown up with both sets of grandparents and all the time I've had with them. They're incredible people.

Myron Gathering

Last month my Great Aunt Mary passed away which prompted a Myron family gathering. My Aunt Sandra (Dad's sister) and my Dad's parents drove down from Lake Tahoe to spend some time with us. It's always fun to catch up and visit and celebrate any upcoming birthdays:) My kids are always excited to help out with any candle blowing as well. My sister came with her kids as well so it was a little noisy as you can imagine.

January Bliss at Dix and Lynn's

We visit our parents every Sunday. This particular Sunday was at Greg's parents home where they have an expansive yard filled with happiness. These moments are the types of memories you never want to end. This is part of what heaven will be like for us.
