Coronado Beach on the Navy base

 I was able to take some family photos for a group that was staying at the Navy hotel on Coronado.  The perk.....getting an entire beach practically all to ourselves.  This is unheard of in Southern California.

July Fireworks 2012

We have been watching fireworks from Highland Ranch Elementary school for several years now and we love it!  Low noise factor, low crowd factor high enjoyment factor....perfect!

As a fourth child our efforts in helping Sarah become a "brilliant baby" just aren't there.  Amy however is taking over and has been working with Sarah on some sign language.  All of a sudden she's signing.... Despite the haphazard efforts.   Hurray!

Water day at Mission Bay

After Greg took off for Peru my Mom and I headed down to Mission Bay with the kids.  We rented two paddle boards a kayak and a peddle boat.  A friend with her kiddos met us there too so we did one last warm weather event before fall sets in. Good bye beach weather!
