Legoland

Last week we went to Legoland to capitalize on Jamison's love for legos before he was "too cool" for them. Amy and Becca had never been before too so we made a family day of it. Greg took Jamison and Amy on the "big kid" rides while I stayed with Becca as she provided entertainment for those passing by. The water features were a hit and I am so grateful I remembered to bring a change of clothes.

Alice Keck Park in Santa Barbara

This is our FAVORITE park in Santa Barbara....it is a must if you ever go....but then again....that's just me. There is an amazing playground for the kids and above that is an incredible pond and garden area with a ton of turtles. We played tag on the playground and then continued on to see if we could find something the turtles would actually eat....I think we just polluted the pond.

Greg told the kids that they could pick out a treat when we arrived in Santa Barbara. Never mind that we stopped at a candy store to pick out a treat....can you imagine how long we were there??
