Merry Christmas

This was the most I made my family endure when it came to family photos this year.  I figured we were already dressed festively from church and I couldn't let it pass without a photo:)

Indoor sledding

This is what I woke up to Saturday morning:)

Jamison is 7!

Jamison turned 7 on Thursday the 16th. We started out the morning with a good dose of German pancakes, followed by being kid of the week at school where he was able to tell all about himself to a class full of wiggly kids. We finished it off with the movie Tangled with his best friend Caleb.

The Hills are Alive.....with beautiful views on a clear sunny day!

This was one of my favorite days in San Francisco.  I love love love being outdoors in the bay area.  The smells are full of memories for me and it just is absolutely breathtaking almost anywhere you go.  Especially on an amazingly clear day such as this.  Amy was extra cute as she danced around on the abandoned forts while it took a some conoodling to convince Jamison, this was not the right day to be grumpy....he soon caved in to a smile.  Becca was sound asleep at Auntie Ann's.  I hope she is not offended one day as she looks at these pictures feeling left out.

The Conquered Cube

Greg solved the rubix cube.....and because I am a proud wife, I am shouting it from ....er....google rooftops.

Thanksgiving day

We brought a little gift for the kiddos for Thanksgiving mostly to keep them occupied since it was so chilly outside. Zhu Zhu pets.....why didn't I think of them? The kids LOVE them....and it fullfills the whole, I want a hamster request.....but I don't have to feed it or smell it:) Becca got all bent out of shape at one point because she felt as though she was entitled to all of them. Life just isn't fair. All in all my Aunt Ann put on a magnificent meal and evening.

The Hills of Marin

Over Thanksgiving we drove up to the bay area where my Mom's family is. One of my most favorite things to do is hike the hills behind my grandparents home. There area always the most striking views and it almost makes me break out into singing the songs of the Sound of Music...which by the way is my favorite movie.

I'm so glad when daddy comes home....

Greg earns mega husband points every night when it is "wrestle time." The kids get so giddy and they line up to wrestle, pillow fight, "ride the horse" etc. This is a nightly routine and surprisingly enough, people only get hurt half the time. Becca is learning young as she is always the first to grab a pillow to sustain any blows....only to stealthly inflict a blow on someone else. Who knew she could be so dangerous.

Breakfast at Nana's

Several weekends ago, both Greg and my Dad were out of town so we had a sleepover at Nana's. Kind of fun:)

Balboa

For the past several weeks the kids have had a lot of time off from school. We met up with the Hawkins on one of these days at the Science Center in Balboa Park and the kids had a blast. Becca spent most of her time running away...for some reason she thinks that's funny....
