6 week boot camp mastered

We have survived the first six week newborn boot camp. Now, anything is possible. Ok, so she's an amazing baby and sleeps from 10-7 already so who couldn't survive that. I suppose it's a little gift for all the crud I went through bringing her into this world. We sure love her. Yes, her diaper IS full but why would I disturb her slumber in the middle of the floor?

Weekend activities

Last Saturday we ventured to one of the fabulous parks near our home. It also includes an amazing water feature. Jamison opted for the play structure only while Amy danced in the water. When we go places we always tell the kids to get in the car about 15 minutes prior to departure. The few times they actually listen, they end up resetting everything electronic....who can resist those buttons!?

Last week we visited the Wild Animal Park to run some energy out of the kids. Lucky us, we got to see the baby cheetah awake! Apparently a mother cheetah abandons her baby if there is only one so this one is in the nursery being hand raised. I can't seem to figure out what the thought process of the mother cheetah is on that one.

I suppose you could consider this an invitation to the nightly parties Rebecca and I have been having:) I'm surprised how well all of us have acclimated to having a new baby in the house...we sure love her.
